How do I store my The Executive Sweet Products?

Our products, containing a high proportion of natural materials, may undergo changes over time. Natural materials are typically not inert and can alter in color or scent as time passes. Nonetheless, we rigorously oversee the stability of our products to ensure optimal efficiency and safety within standard usage conditions.

Can I exchange or receive refund?

To ensure hygiene standards, refunds or returns are not accepted. However, The Executive Sweet will offer alternative solutions for defective products, depending on the situation. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. You can always contact us for any refund/exchanges question at info@theexecutivesweet.com.
